Ask PelQi Work in Microsoft Teams
Updated 18 October 2026
Some PelQi Work pilot workspaces use PelQi inside Microsoft Teams: you chat with PelQi there as you would in Ask PelQi, notices arrive there, and approval cards can be decided with a press. During the pilot it works in one Microsoft 365 organisation, Fortis Data Group's own; it is not yet open to other organisations.
PelQi Work pilot workspaces set up for Teams.
If your workspace has Teams
- An owner or admin opens Connections in the workspace and uses Download the Teams app.
- In Teams, upload it: Apps, Manage your apps, Upload an app. Your organisation's Teams settings may need an administrator to allow it.
- Open the PelQi chat in Teams and say hello. PelQi links Teams to your PelQi through your connected Microsoft 365 mailbox.
What it can and cannot do
- Ask PelQi about the business, exactly as in Ask PelQi.
- Get PelQi's notices and run reports.
- Decide approval cards with a press. A decision in Teams is the same as one in the app, and only ever counts once.
- During the pilot it works in one Microsoft 365 organisation, Fortis Data Group's own; it is not yet open to other organisations.
If it does not work
- There is no Download the Teams app link: Teams is not set up for your workspace, or you are not an owner or admin. Email info@fortisdatagroup.com to ask about it.
- PelQi does not answer in Teams: your Teams sign-in must be the same Microsoft 365 account connected in the workspace.
