What PelQi keeps
Updated 18 October 2026
PelQi keeps what it needs to help you, uses it only for that, never sells it or uses it for ads, and you can delete it at any time. This is a short guide; the full detail is in the privacy notice.
What is kept
- Your account: your name, email address, time zone, voice and personality. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash that nobody can read.
- What you share: your conversations, what PelQi remembers for you, lists, calendar items, reminders, notes between people at home, photos you send and files you keep.
- Your household: who is in it, and for children a first name, an age, their conversations and their learning activity.
- Connections you add: your sign-ins to Microsoft, Google or Home Assistant, stored encrypted and never shown, plus a short copy of your calendar (the next eight days) so your brief and Today work.
Who can see it
- Your conversations and memory are visible only to you, not to others at home.
- Lists, the family calendar and notes are shared with your household.
- Your Microsoft and Google calendars and mail are visible only to you.
See and change it yourself
- Open your account menu, choose Settings, then Memory to see what PelQi remembers, what it is keeping track of and what it did.
- Delete a single chat from its menu (the dots beside it), or forget everything in Memory.
- Delete your whole account in Settings, You.
What you should see
Every note PelQi remembers, each with Forget, and the activity log of everything it did for you.
If it does not work
- To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, email info@fortisdatagroup.com.
