Help with PelQi.
Answers to the common questions, and a person when you need one.
Signing in
Sign in on the sign-in page or in the app, with the email and password you chose. Forgot it? Use Forgot password and PelQi emails you a code.
Voice and the wake word
Allow the microphone when asked. The wake word works while PelQi is open; say “PelQi”, then talk. Turn spoken replies on or off in Settings.
Notifications
Turn them on in Settings, Notifications, on each device. On iPhone in a browser, add PelQi to the Home Screen first; the PelQi app asks for you.
Your data
Delete a chat, forget memory or delete your account in Settings. What is kept, and why, is in the privacy notice.
PelQi Work
PelQi Work is by invitation during the pilot. Your workspace owner adds you; then sign in and open Work from the briefcase.
