"PelQi's browser is busy right now"
Updated 18 October 2026
When PelQi uses its own browser to look at a website for you, it needs one of a small number of shared browser sessions. If none is free, PelQi tells you "PelQi's browser is busy right now" and asks you to try again shortly.
Why it happens
- All sessions are in use. PelQi's browser service runs a few sessions at once for everyone. Plus, Family and Max come first: Free never takes the last free session, and a paid request can close a Free session that has been idle.
- You already have one open. One browser per person in chat. Finish or Stop the one on screen first.
- Today's browser steps are used. PelQi says "That's today's browser steps used up. It resets at midnight." Free has 40 steps a day, Plus and Family 300.
- Free is paused for the day. "PelQi is very busy today, so Free browsing is paused until the day resets." See "PelQi is very busy today".
- The session closed. A browser closes after five quiet minutes and after 30 minutes in all. Ask again and PelQi starts a new one.
What to do
- Wait a minute or two, then ask again.
- If a browser card is still open in another chat, tap Stop on it.
- For something that can wait, ask PelQi to take it on as a background task; it tries again by itself.
What you should see
A browser card in the chat with a live window of the page (Live beside the name while it moves), what PelQi just did, and Stop, Take over and What PelQi saw.
If it still does not work
