Who sees your data: Anthropic, Microsoft, Google and others
Updated 18 October 2026
PelQi runs on servers operated by Fortis Data Group in the United States. To work, it relies on a few services, and each receives only what it needs.
Anthropic (the AI)
- PelQi uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to understand what you say and write its answers.
- What you type or say, photos you share, and the memory, lists, calendar items, documents or mail PelQi needs to answer are sent to Anthropic to be processed.
- Anthropic does not use them to train its models.
- Your voice is turned into text on PelQi's own servers, and PelQi's spoken voice is made there too. Recordings are not sent to Anthropic.
- Files you ask PelQi to analyse are deleted from Anthropic's file storage when the analysis ends.
- You agree to this before your first conversation, and can read it again or withdraw in Settings, How PelQi uses AI.
Microsoft and Google
- Contacted only if you connect your own account. In PelQi Home, PelQi asks for read access only and cannot send, change or delete anything there.
- What PelQi reads from them goes to Anthropic like the rest of the conversation when PelQi answers or an agent checks it.
The others
- Stripe handles payments; PelQi never sees your full card number.
- ZeptoMail sends sign-up and password codes.
- Apple delivers notifications to the iPhone app, and those notices include their words. In a browser, notifications carry an empty signal and the words are fetched from PelQi.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications to the Android app: Google gets the device's notification token and each notice, nothing else about you.
- Cloudflare provides the secure connection.
- Bland places the calls you approve, and answers PelQi's phone number. Texting is not available yet. Calls are not recorded.
- Open-Meteo receives a town's name for the weather, nothing about you.
- Your Home Assistant, if linked, receives the changes you ask for.
What you should see
In Settings, How PelQi uses AI shows "You have agreed." with a Withdraw button.
If it does not work
- If you withdraw, PelQi cannot answer until you agree again.
- The full list, with more detail, is in the privacy notice.
- In the EU, the EEA or the UK, your GDPR and UK GDPR rights, and why PelQi may use your information, are in the privacy notice.
