Use PelQi in any web browser
Updated 18 October 2026
The quickest way to use PelQi is in the web browser you already have. It is the same PelQi as the apps, with the same chats, lists and settings, on every device you sign in on.
Every plan
Open PelQi
- Go to app.pelqi.com in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. You can also choose Sign in on pelqi.com.
- Sign in with your email and password, or choose Make your own PelQi if you are new.
- When your browser asks to use the microphone, choose Allow if you want to talk to PelQi. Typing works without it.
What you should see
Your chat opens, with PelQi's face beside the conversation. On a computer the sidebar on the left has New chat, Search, Today, Tasks, Agents, Family, Lists, Kitchen and Connections, with your account at the bottom. On a phone the tab bar under the chat has Today, Chat, Tasks, Family and More.
Make it feel like an app
Browsers can install PelQi so it opens in its own window with its own icon, starts faster and can send notifications:
- iPhone and iPad: Add PelQi to your Home Screen.
- Android: Install PelQi from Chrome or Edge.
- Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook: Install PelQi as a desktop app.
If it does not work
- The page will not load or looks broken: update your browser, then reload. Very old browsers are not supported.
- PelQi looks out of date after an update: see Refresh or update PelQi.
- The microphone does not work: see Fix the microphone.
- You used PelQi at pelqi.fortisdatalab.com before: that address still works, with the same account. PelQi now lives at app.pelqi.com; sign in there once, and install it again from there if you had added it to your Home Screen or desktop.
- Private or incognito windows forget you when they close, and some block notifications. Use a normal window for everyday use.
Still stuck?
Email info@fortisdatagroup.com with what happened, what you expected and the device you use (for example, iPhone app, or Chrome on Windows). A person reads every message and answers within two working days. Never send a password or a code.
