Disconnect your Microsoft account
Updated 18 October 2026
You can disconnect your Microsoft account at any time. PelQi deletes its keys to the account, the copy of your calendar and what it noted about your inbox, and any agent watching that inbox stops.
Disconnect in PelQi
- Open Connections from your account menu.
- Under Microsoft account, choose Disconnect.
- Confirm. PelQi says "Disconnected. PelQi deleted its keys to your Microsoft account and everything it had read from it."
Remove PelQi Home on Microsoft's side too
Microsoft does not let an app withdraw its own access with the permissions PelQi uses, so finish on Microsoft's side:
- Personal account: open account.live.com/consent/Manage, find PelQi Home and remove it.
- Work or school account: open myapps.microsoft.com, find PelQi Home and remove it, or ask your IT team.
PelQi shows the right link after you disconnect.
What you should see
The Microsoft account section offers Connect Microsoft account again. Your Outlook events disappear from Today and your brief at the next refresh.
If it does not work
- If the Disconnect button does not respond, refresh the page and try again. You can also remove PelQi Home on Microsoft's side first; PelQi then marks the link "Microsoft asked to sign in again" and you can disconnect it.
