Customers and their history, bookings, quotes, invoices, income and expenses, tasks and the pipeline. It never guesses an amount or a date; if it cannot find something, it says so.
Drafts the work
A new customer record, a quote for a booking, a follow-up for someone who went quiet. Drafts stay with you until you check them, and none of them reaches a customer.
Asks first
An email to a customer, confirming a booking or cancelling one waits on the PelQi page for the owner’s yes. Until then, PelQi says it is waiting, never that it is done.
It prepares. You decide.
While you are with a customer, PelQi gets the next thing ready. When you have a minute, you read exactly what it wants to send or change, and approve or decline it. Every request and decision is recorded.

One workspace
The database holds each lookup to the business that asked, and PelQi refuses to run one if that is not so. It cannot see other businesses, Fortis’s own systems, settings or keys.
