Monthly fair use on new Plus and Family plans

Plus and Family subscriptions started on or after 18 October 2026 also have a monthly fair-use allowance, on top of the daily allowance. It keeps PelQi affordable for everyone, and most people never reach it.

How much

• Plus: about 600 everyday messages a month.
• Family: about 1,200 a month, shared by everyone at home on that Family plan.
• Fewer when PelQi searches the web, reads files or answers at length.
• It starts again on the 1st of each month where you are, and does not carry over.

Who it applies to

• Plus and Family subscriptions started on or after 18 October 2026.
• Subscriptions started before then keep the terms they started on, with no monthly allowance, for as long as they stay subscribed, including if they change plan.
• Free has a daily allowance only. Max has no monthly fair-use allowance.

See how much of the month is used

• Open your account menu and choose Plan and usage, or tap the ring in the message box.
• Look for This month (or This month, shared at home on Family), with a bar and the date it starts again.

What you should see

If the month is used up, chat pauses until the 1st and PelQi tells you so. Timers, alarms, reminders and routines without an "Ask PelQi" step keep working.
