Which plan is right for you

Everyone starts on Free, with no card. Most people know within a few days whether they want more. Here is the short version; the full table is on the pricing page.

The plans

• Free, $0. About 25 everyday messages a day, shared by everyone at home on Free. Memory, follow-through, lists, the family calendar, timers and alarms.
• Plus, $9.99 a month or $99 a year. For one person who leans on PelQi every day: about four times Free's daily chat, just for you, Thorough replies, Research, files in chat, documents and charts, and PelQi contacting local businesses and making calls for you.
• Family, $19.99 a month or $199 a year. Plus for everyone at home, children included: up to six people with up to four children, each with their own allowance.
• Max, $100 a month or $999 a year. Family for everyone at home, plus about six times Free's chat for you, always-on agents, the Max chat controls and PelQi Work for your own business.

How to choose

• Just you, a few questions a day: Free.
• You use it every day, or you want Research, files and documents: Plus.
• Two grown-ups or children who will use it too: Family is usually cheaper than two Plus plans.
• You want PelQi to keep watching prices, pages, your inbox or calendar for you: Max.

What you should see

Open Plan and usage from the account menu (bottom left on a computer) to see your plan, today's use and the plans side by side. Upgrading happens on the web; the iPhone app shows your plan but no prices.
