Nothing leaves without your OK

Updated 18 October 2026

PelQi can read, look things up and keep your own lists and calendar tidy on its own. Anything that reaches outside PelQi, or could cost money or open a door, waits for you to say yes.

What always waits for you

  • Calls and texts PelQi prepares, and messages to a business.
  • Steps in PelQi's browser that would submit a form, sign in, pay, buy, book, send or accept.
  • Emails an agent drafts.
  • Locks, alarms, garage doors and covers in your smart home.
  • New scheduled tasks ("Schedule this?").

PelQi never types passwords, card numbers or security codes; it asks you to take over and type them yourself. It does not pay or book for you.

Decide

  • A card appears in the chat, saying exactly what will happen: who it goes to and the words, or the site and the button.
  • Choose the action on the card (for example Send, Call or Allow), or Not now.
  • Everything waiting is also in one place: open Approvals from your account menu.

What you should see

Only what you allowed happens, once. A second tap never runs it twice. Cards lapse if left: most after two days, smart home after 15 minutes.

If it does not work

Still stuck?

Email info@fortisdatagroup.com with what happened, what you expected and the device you use (for example, iPhone app, or Chrome on Windows). A person reads every message and answers within two working days. Never send a password or a code.
